Johanes Chang or Joe Chang, is a serial entrepreneur with 25+ years of professional experiences in fast growing and dynamic industries with multicultural environment within and beyond travel and tourism industry. His experiences in operations, new business development, sales, marketing, strategic partnerships, and leaderships at various dynamic stages of e-commerce, digital payment, health technology, and new breeds of startups has made him one of rare talents in Indonesia’s travel and tourism industry.

Joe Chang has been acknowledged as one of Indonesia corporate travel evangelists by the industry. In 2015, he founded Biztrips, a cloud-based and affordable technology that simplify and digitize business trip approval and expenses management for small companies to large corporations in Indonesia; and CorporateTravel.ID, an online knowledge hub for business travelers and travel managers – from insights, guides, directory, tips, hacks, reviews, to upcoming events.

In 2017, he started Indonesia Corporate Travel Workshop/TalkShow/Forum (ICTW/ICTT/ICTF), a quarterly event that connect professionals from industry stakeholders and enable knowledge to experience sharing with networking opportunity.   

In 2019, he established Biztrips Events, an event consultant, producer, and organizer that focus on connecting potential buyers from companies with various industry backgrounds with sellers from local travel, tourism, and hospitality industry.

In 2020, he founded Indonesia Corporate Travel & MICE (ICTM), a B2B event that incorporates important programs that can improve the quality and efficiency of business matchmaking and networking opportunities for potential buyers with sellers, while demonstrating compliance and best practices on CHSE (Cleanliness, Health, and Sustainable Environment) protocols in the new normal era during pandemic time.
